I’ve spent a decade bringing stories to life on video, working with recognised talent, global brands and organisations across entertainment, culture and the trauma and mental health space.

My work in trauma and mental health grew naturally from my own lived experience, the importance of storytelling in this area and the change I know is urgently needed. I’ve seen first hand how a piece of content can shift understanding, open conversations and move us closer to a truly trauma-informed society.
