I’m Rachel. I’ve spent over 30 years battling addiction, through 25+ rehabs and detoxes, prisons and countless attempts to get clean, only to repeatedly find myself back where I started. Everything changed when I stopped asking “what’s wrong with me?” and started asking “what happened to me?” Acknowledging my childhood trauma, nervous-system regulation and breathwork transformed my recovery. Breathwork quite literally saved my life. I now help facilitate TAR Anon, supporting others recovering from toxic relationships and trauma.
